So most of you know the HISTORY OF TwoSuez, this is a here and now.
Seven years later…
This “happenstance” has continued to take us by storm. TwoSuez, for us is so much more than a craft or even a business, it has become a journey… no matter how dusty or bumpy the road gets (and this is no metaphor for our infamous driveway!) we can’t seem to get off of it for fear of great loss. Photography alone is a passion (sometimes an obsession of sorts)…to live out your passion on your own terms ? create something for someone else to cherish a lifetime and stumble upon lifelong friends?!? well, that is just God’s grace! We continue to be humbled by this life He has granted us – individually and together… wonderful mates, fantastic children, an abundance of land to roam, oh! and a driveway that we share!
We joke (in all serious-ness) that…
“Katie is the business owner that just happens to be a stay-at-home mom”
She is the coal that fuels this fire! Without her, there would be no website and I would probably still be trying to figure out what a blog was! She is selfless and always more-than-happy to let me ride her coattails! (this is how I see it, of course, she does not). She loves to surround herself with good friends. She has an energy about her that is contagious (well, that and her laugh). She is efficient and business minded…and manages to rule (by rule I mean ROCK) as a Mom. She is truly in love with this craft and the business it entails.

With a2 1/2 year old and a 7month old, it seems that I have spent the last few years treading with my head just above water when it comes to the business…pulled between my role as “new mother” and the drive to evolve as a photographer. I AM CONSTANTLY SEARCHING FOR BALANCE! Everday I find a new Joy in being a mother, getting more than I could ever give. I am wholehearted and oh so passionate – it is hard for me to do anything if I cannot do it above and beyond the basic. I am a dreamer…a “jill of all trades” (THIS IS MY COPYRIGHT thanx to my Sue – DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!) I cherish this craft for the joy that it brings me.
Together?
We are LOUD …but pretty funny (at least we laugh ALOT). We “could have fun in a box” as long as we were together. Above all we are honest and real…quite frankly, “open books” – no false pretenses. We share a love of photography, decorating, entertaining, parenting, coffee drinking, late night chats… and the Good Lord Above for every minute of the Life in Between! We are a force to be reckoned with! (just ask the husbands…hehehe)
